Technical expertise	People strategy organisational development, employee relations, programme delivery, with a particular focus on building people practices that support growing organisations.
Background	Jen is an experienced management consultant and facilitator with expertise in Organisation and Workforce development. She has worked with leaders and teams across complex and changing environments in the public, private and third sectors, delivering reform and service improvement through organised development, policy reviews and operating frameworks to strategic insights.
Current focus	Building the people and policy foundations, processes needed to support the organisation as it grows, while ensuring that the employee experience remains practical positive and aligned with the needs of the business.
What excites them	I love understanding how an organisation really works- its people, culture and challenges – and turning that insight into practical challenges that make work better for both employees and business.
Outside of work	Planning my next trip, attempting to improve my strength and fitness, discovering somewhere new, or enjoying good food with family and friends.

Technical expertise	All matters relating to sales and finance, as well as financial project reporting
Background	Information studies post grad, currently undertaking a business finance degree
Current focus	Financial reporting across all funded projects and sales.
What excites them	Seeing where the company goes next. We started as two people in 2018.
Outside of work	Reading, gardening, and throwing balls at a moody lurcher and a stubborn Jack Russell.

Technical expertise	Worked in defence and space for about 20 years, and for Qualcomm designing mobile chip sets, including the first CDMA mobile to make a phone call anywhere in the world. Also worked in fire and protection with Johnson Controls.
Background	Mostly involved in high-tech printed circuit design. Main librarian for Altium circuit and PCB footprints at Resolute Photonics.
Current focus	Working across many projects with highly skilled staff at Resolute Photonics.
What excites them	Working with a very experienced team.
Outside of work	Watching my favourite Sport of Football after my youth experience playing for under 18 sides at Aldershot Football Club, and Bournemouth Football Club. To my gardening Hobby of having a beautiful Lawn and Garden.

Technical expertise	Mechanical engineering, proof-of-concept prototyping, 3D printing, electrical/mechanical testing.
Background	Studied Product Design Engineering and Robotics at the University of Strathclyde. Previously worked at a vertical farming startup designing automated equipment, and at an e-bike startup designing and testing mechatronic subsystems for an e-bike motor gearbox unit.
Current focus	Mechanical design and testing for gas sensing and space transceiver projects at Resolute Photonics.
What excites them	Working on innovative projects that push the limits of technology, and expanding his knowledge.
Outside of work	Cycling, hillwalking, cooking.

Technical expertise	Embedded firmware development, electronic circuit design FPGA – based digital design, digital signal processing. Python based GUI development and hardware-software integration.
Background	Over seven years experience developing embedded electronic systems using microcontrollers and FPGA’s. Experienced in circuit design, firmware and development, hardware debugging, system integration and high speed communication interfaces.
Current focus	Developing electronics and embedded control systems for photonics and gas sensing applications, including laser drivers, TEC controllers, precision signal generation, data acquisition and digital lock in amplification.
What excites them	I enjoy transforming complex engineering concepts into reliable working systems and solving challenging problems that involve both hardware and firmware.
Outside of work	Exploring new technologies, travelling, cooking and spending time with family friends.

Technical expertise	Hardware engineering with a focus on mixed signal circuitry and small scale PCB layout.
Background	Previously worked at a different company as an electronics engineer with involvement in all aspects of PCB design now specialising in hardware design- mainly schematic design and layout of smaller PCBs.
Current focus	The Willowisp project
What excites them	Getting to work with emerging technologies and finding novel solutions to challenges in circuit design.
Outside of work	In the gym.
